Dr. Ivan Pshenichnyuk is a young scientist from Russia. He was born at Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, on May 13, 1984. PhD thesis “Interaction of electrons with vibrating molecules: molecular electronics applications” defended at the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. At the present moment he is a post-doctoral fellow at the Interdisciplinary Center for Molecular Materials, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nurnberg, Germany, member of Prof. Michael Thoss reserch group. Among his scientific interests are nonequilibrium processes in molecular systems and condensed matter, charge transport through single molecules, molecular electronics, resonance scattering and negative ions mass spectrometry.
